    Remove the patch from the plastic wrapper.
    Pull the film with the blue strip to expose the adhesive side of the patch, place over the affeceted area, and press down.Remove the remaining blue-striped film and press down again to complete coverage. Avoid touching the adhesive side.
    Smooth patch into place by gently placing a finger over dressing.
