Pretty great for aches and pains
This support brace is a great option for those that have knee issues that flare up from time to time. I did notice that it wants users to heat the pack for 65 seconds which is way too long and could potentially cause burns. One time it even started making popping sounds in the microwave. I would recommend only putting it the microwave for 30 seconds at most.
