These are great for reducing fever blisters if you start taking them as.soon as you feel one about to break out .. they don't last as long . Purchased these during a BOGO promo. Best time to buy btw. I take lysine as needed for any type of inner or outer mouth sores, clears everything up. This product got the job done, caplets are average size too.
