Easy to swallow!
These are such a great value and are super easy to swallow. The capsules are not a bad size and I haven't had any weird aftertaste from the gel caps. I also haven't had any issues with gas or the usual icky flavored burps i've had with other supplements

Body feels good!
For the size of these pills (pretty large) they go down very easily. I thought five times a day was a lot but I just take them whenever I remember throughout the day. Just taking one in the morning and one at night makes my body feel more alive somehow. I like them! No negative reactions.

Great supplement!
The cvs health lecithin soft gels are just as great as the name brand ones and are very easy to take. There's 250 count in the bottle, so they should last awhile. Lecithin is a wonderful supplement to take for heart health. Highly recommend this cvs brand!

Have to take too many pills
The directions for these CVS Lecithin 1200 MG pills is to take one pill 5 times a day with meals. There is no way with a busy lifestyle that I can remember to take something 5 times daily. I have been taking them once in AM and sometimes in the PM. I usually do not have a hard time swallowing pills, but these are quite large. They do not have a bad smell or after taste. Due to their size and the number of times you have to take them daily, I will probably not purchase this product again.

Wonderful.
I bought these a few weeks ago, and I'm really liking it. These are a good size and easy for me to take. These are so good for my nervous system and heart health. I love that these have no gluten or lactose which is important to me.

Very great product but as always with anything over ther counter check with you doctor or pharmacist of course first. I do love the Cvs brand great value and very easy to consume. Personally these have helped in many 2ways.
