These melatonin gummies come in a nice, bright package that clearly states contents. These gummies absolutely work. They make me pretty sleepy and help me get to sleep faster than I normally would without them. They are super delicious and make taking melatonin fun! The texture of these gummies are perfect and the taste is so good that it could be easily mistaken for candy! Better sleep days!

I received these complimentary from influenster, and I have to say I'm pretty unsatisfied with them. I have trouble sleeping, and I tried these to help me sleep. I took them 30 minutes before bedtime, but they didn't help. Incredible taste Good product for mild sleep aid
I received CVS Health Melatonin Gummies, 10mg, 90 CT for free, from @influenster and @cvshealth , in exchange for my honest review. The best feature is the taste, these strawberry flavored gummies are delicious. Not just okay tasting, but yummy. The serving size is 2 gummies, which equates to this bottle being a 45 day supply. The directions are to completely chew, then swallow, two gummies 30 minutes before bedtime. I’ve always had trouble staying asleep. Always. These gummies helped a little bit, I guess, some nights. To be fair, I think my problem calls for something stronger than melatonin. These melatonin gummies worked very well. I enjoyed the flavor and it tasted like fruit and did not leave a bad aftertaste. I prefer gummies because they are chewy and easy to eat. I’ve been using the CVS Health Melatonin Gummies, and they’re a convenient way to wind down at night when I’m having trouble falling asleep. The strawberry flavor is pleasant without being overly sweet, and the gummy texture makes them easy to take compared to pills. At 10mg, they feel a bit strong for me personally, so I sometimes take just one instead of the full serving, but they do help me relax and fall asleep faster.
