    Good

    This product really helps with my period cramps. Warms up on its own pretty quickly and the heat lasts a long time. It can also be used for joint pain or other aches

    Warm and convenient!

    I LOVE that these are air activated so they get nice and warm right out of the package. They lasted so much longer than expected, and felt amazing on my aching back!! They had no trouble sticking, and came off like a bandaid when they were no longer warm. The size is a little small, but great if you want just a little discreet warmth! Will definitely get more.

    Good heat patches

    Patches get hot. I want to say the heat lasts for a long time. Packing is simply which I like. I really didn't notice a scent. I really recommend them

    Super soothing

    I've never tried anything like this before but I wish I knew about these sooner. These work really well for cramps and back pain. I love that you can wear them out and they aren't noticeable. The adhesive works great and they stay in place. I would definitely recommend these to others.

    Great for on the go

    I thought these heat patches work really well and I like that they are portable and lightweight for on the go. They did run out quicker than normal heating pads but that is expected.

    Very comfortable and soothing!

    I tried these patches as soon as I started having cramps at the start of my cycle and got relief pretty quickly. They stick well without being uncomfortable and were very soothing. Keeping these on hand!

    Heating pack

    This relieved my cramp when i was on my cycle. I used it on my heavy flow and it helped. Love how its individually packed and sticks well on the skin.
