    Not really Warm

    Was looking for a relief to menstrual pain but this doesn’t get warm enough! Really disappointed in the product. It’s warm-ish but definitely not hot.

    Not very hot

    Did not get warm/hot enough to really help. Had to use my heating pad over the top of it and it just made me sweat a lot even though I couldn't really feel it.

    No heat

    When I needed them, they failed me. I followed the instructions, and it didn't get warm.

    Not worth it just buy the chocolate

    I really wanted to like it but unfortunately I did not. I would stick it to my skin and I would fall and I would apply it to my clothes and could not feel it. If anything it gave me a rash:( and still had cramps. Just take some chamomile and have you puppy lay on your belly

    Good

    This product really helps with my period cramps. Warms up on its own pretty quickly and the heat lasts a long time. It can also be used for joint pain or other aches

    Warm and convenient!

    I LOVE that these are air activated so they get nice and warm right out of the package. They lasted so much longer than expected, and felt amazing on my aching back!! They had no trouble sticking, and came off like a bandaid when they were no longer warm. The size is a little small, but great if you want just a little discreet warmth! Will definitely get more.

    Good heat patches

    Patches get hot. I want to say the heat lasts for a long time. Packing is simply which I like. I really didn’t notice a scent. I really recommend them

    Super soothing

    I’ve never tried anything like this before but I wish I knew about these sooner. These work really well for cramps and back pain. I love that you can wear them out and they aren’t noticeable. The adhesive works great and they stay in place. I would definitely recommend these to others.
