The taste is good. The only problems I encountered were opening the bottle. There was no tear away tab. Also one I got the outside tape off I ran into 3 small pull tabs. The bottle was so full that when I finally got the tabs off and could get at the liquid inside, I lost some of the fluid. I think you need to put a little less fluid in the bottle so when you finally get it opened it doesn't squirt all over the countertop.
