For the wrist and finger, it is recommended to use 1- to 2-inch wraps. For the leg and knee, it is recommended to use 3- to 4-inch wraps. CVS Health Self-Adherent Gentle Wraps are easy to use and only require three steps. First, ensure the area is cleaned. Using a mild antibacterial soap and some water, wash the area with a gauze pad. Ensure the area is completely dry and if needed, apply medication to help avoid infections. Secondly, cover the wound with a non-stick bandage or a surgical bandage. Lastly, secure a bandage with tape. Simply overlap the tape and press into the underlying layer to hold it in place. Breathable

For best results, use CVS Health first aid products, and follow the 1-2-3 treatment. Step 1 Clean: Gently clean the wound using a gauze bandage with mild soap and water.
