I have 2 of this size and I often have one on my knee, and one on my foot. I also use one on my hip-I just wrap it around then sit in my recliner. I also use them against my back while sitting. Wraps neck in warmth

Great product
Reusable ice/heat pack works as well as I hoped. Retains heat and cold longer than others I have tried. Sturdy. Convenient size for my use as a neck compress. Price point was good especially using CVS coupons. Instructions easy to follow. In stock at my CVS. CVS employees were helpful with suggestions. Good for small adults
