The adhesive is not perfect. Once you put it on, you need to put a large bandage over it to stay on if you plan on going for a long walk, hike, or run. Tried Wart Stick that my dermatologist recommended and really didn't see any major results. This is practically useless.
How about a bigger pad with more medicine? No way would it stay on without a bandaid.
