Got it home and didn’t work

Light was on but it did not function
Ordered this delivered to me at home because I am sick . It was difficult to remove the plastic battery tab, and then it would not function. The light was on but it did not work. Very frustrating since I am very ill with the flu. Fast and durable
Fastest digital thermometer I have found, and unlike others, doesn't break after a few weeks or months. Did not work at all
Followed instructions but would not turn on. Tried to open the battery compartment to see if the perhaps the battery was not making contact, but it was very difficult to get it open. Did finally get it open, but didn't seem to be any problem with the position of the battery. Instructions simply say push the button to turn it on.
