Frustrating
Well, I'm glad I got the combo pack so I could try the patches and the roller. The patches ended up being basically useless for me because I tried to wear them to bed and then just rolled off while I was sleeping. The roller is easy enough to put on, I hope I'm putting enough. I haven't seen results yet but I'm hopeful. I would stick to just the roller unless you're going to be wearing the patches while staying very still.
