Bought this heating pad & it kept giving error message & turning off. Took it back to return & bought the same brand, thinking the first heating pad was defective. Nope, the second one did the same thing. Warm gentle heat automatic shutoff
All heating pads bought before this one had plastic covering the heating elements and a removable cover that never stayed put This one is cloth and is washable when heating cord disconnected. Fabric is soothing along with the heat which you can adjust. Very satisfied and did help the pain.1 users found this review helpful.
