Not as effective as true zinc oxide athletic tape

Sports tape strong adhesive, convenient size
Durable tape with strong adhesive secures patches and bandages amid activity and sweating. Great for securing bandages or taping fir activity. Holds up well. Convenient size, easy to cut with light scissors or knife. Mildly water resistant. Worthless Crap
This is not worth buying at all. Doesn't hold up to even the most minimal of use. As an endurance runner, I have used athletic tape for many years and rate this as the absolute worst, useless junk you could find. Even more disappointing, nobody at CVS seems interested in listening to try to make it better.
