I really like these vitamins . They help with nails hair and break outs . But mostly my nails . They're strong and long but at certain points they break and we're breaking pass the pink. But these vitamins have helped that !

My go to
This brand of B6 vitamins is my go to brand. I have been taking these for a while. I definitely notice an uptick in energy and can feel it when I don't take a supplement. These are good quality and don't upset my stomach.
