I only use it once a day, great results after 5 weeks, I have a great suggestion for you guys, get yourself a spray bottle and pour the contents into, so you won't waste any, that dropper is a waste! It's annoying!

Difficult to apply. Some ran down my face. Wound up with slight swelling in my nasal passages. I don't think this is safe
