To apply the pad, simply lift the top flap of the pouch and then unfold the pad. Peel the paper away from the back of the pouch and press the pad gently into your undergarment. You can keep the pouch and wrap the used pad inside for disposal later. Carry an extra pad with you at all times in case you need to replace one.
