My Doctor suggested this to reduce my Carpel Tunnel pain and progression. I am a light sleeper. Fortunately this does not keep me up. It has reduced my pain and I am all for something that slows the progression. Helped with right hand neuropathy.
I've been using this support brace for a week. It does not have a compression component and doesn't pinch my right thumb like my last brace. My right hand neuropathy (stinging) has not woken me up for the last couple nights. It's supportive but not tight. Velcro allows you to make sure you hand/wrist is comfortable. My PT suggested wearing a brace at right and I am so happy to report she had a great idea!0 users found this review helpful.

Good Support for Carpal Tunnel Symptoms
This is a well-made, sturdy yet very comfortable support brace that fits either the right or left hand. It is very easy to put on and take off quickly, and easy to adjust to individual fit. To me, personally, it doesn't feel completely normal to sleep with a constraint like this on my hand, so I alternate nights that I use it; nevertheless, it easily could be used nightly, without issue, by someone without that sensitivity.
