I tried this product to target my heartburn. It definitely works can tell a difference once I take it and feel relief. Love that you’re able to take it before, during or after a meal. Good product to have on hand.
I prefer to make positive decisions in my diet and typically avoid eating foods that I know full well are going to cause acid indigestion. However, sometimes I want a supreme pizza. And so, I do like to have a product like this on hand, that can be taken before, during, or after, eating foods that can cause "heart burn", just in case the situation arises.
