Does not perform well
These heel grips lasted less than four hours in my shoes, and ended up sticking to and ruining my (expensive) compression socks! Fell apart during first time use.

One worked the other ripped
Had only a 50% success rate on this one. One is working great in my left shoe. Useless
When I opened the package I noticed they were thinner than I expected. I applied them inside new boots and let them set for a few hours. When I put my foot in, they stuck to my socks instead of the boot rendering them useless.
