    All good

    Very good, lots of hiteation, it has no flavor at all. I really recommend this for daily use, it's perfect. The design is good and it performs well.

    Flavor is not well

    This Rapid Hydration mix from CVS Health is lemon-lime, electrolyte drink mix, and helps prevent dehydration from "exertion, diarrhea, or vomiting " which is a great thing, but the taste was terrible. It mixed very quickly with the water and the packaging is great for on the go busy people, but you have to get past the taste first.

    Great for pre workout

    The taste is bearable. It literally tastes like a mixture of lemon and lime. I like the single packets making it easy to bring on the goal and a nice alternative to liquid IV.

    Rapid Hydration

    I was pleasantly impressed by the effectiveness of the CVS Health Rapid Hydration electrolyte drink mix. I've tried these on several occasions and absolutely love the taste and convenience. Most recently, I used one the morning after a holiday party when I was feeling groggy. It worked wonders and helped me feel brand new in no time. Just in time to tackle my workday. I'll definitely be repurchasing once I run out. Highly recommend!

    Hydration Station

    Move over other hydration packs! This powder was mixable, easy to use, and left me feeling hydrated. The taste was also not heavy and unsteady was very light and pleasant.

    Wonderful Wonderful

    Rapid hydration electrolyte drink mix , the lemon-lime flavor is great ! I love it coming in little packs I can slide them in my purse and in my vehicle .
