I have been using this generic version of B&L Muro Ointment for years because I have corneal erosion. (The price has gone up a lot but still less than B&L Muro). I was using the ointment and thought I would switch to the drops for daytime use, since the ointment is messy. When first applied, these drops REALLY STING! It must be personal to me, since other reviews say it stings "a little" upon application.
