I purchased the generic Motrin because the cost of the price of the brand name products was exorbitant. The generic brands were still pricey but better than the brand. The prices for the generic are significantly less at most competitors stores. This is similar to all CVS products. Quality with a reasonable cost. Totally rely on CVS products for any of my health needs. Not necessary to purchase name brands CVS never disappoints.
