Does NOT work

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I just purchased this thermometer and what a waste of money. It will be going back to CVS. I should’ve listened to the reviews. It does not provide an accurate reading. It rarely reads over 95.5. I had a Braun for years and I should have stuck with the name brand. Never worked right
This is the biggest piece of garbage. I wish I would have just spent the extra for the Braun. Kept telling me my daughter didn’t have a fever 98° meanwhile she was burning up. Put in an oral thermometer and she had 103° fever. Inconsistent
Bought this over Braun because it was in stock and needed it asap. Compared to Braun, the measurements for child were inconsistent. She was hot to touch but showed 99.1 then one measurement showed 102.1 we weren’t able to replicate it but that was the accurate temperature as it was a pattern of touch temperature estimate that the braun showed (until it was thrown in the tub..). Normally don’t write reviews but spent spit of money for a product that produced poor and inconsistent results. Extremely satisfied with this product
I truly love this thermometer – it’s an essential item in my household, especially with a little one around. It’s quick, accurate, and best of all, it doesn’t disturb my baby while sleeping.
