Freakin waste of money. Kicking myself for not printing the receipt. Good luck with the $15 bucks I spent. Bought 4 of them. I bought these instant cold packs to use on a long flight to reduce the swelling in an injured knee. none of them got cold. these were after the ER packs that worked. we followed direcions, no change. Entirely defective. Not worth returning with our pain. bought in the store after a fall.. Every one of them failed to get cold, at all. I'm out of town. not worth my time going back to the store for a refund. The ones from the hospital ER worked. We can read directions. Absolutely defective product from CVS. We went to using ice cubes in a plastic bag. Pack is slippery. Falls off of knee where I place it. Coldness is fine.
