    Disappointing

    These looked and felt nice at first. However, they don't get cold or stay cold. They are so overpriced and the product isn't worth it. I got another brand on another site and they worked great for 1/3 the price.

    I actually got your 8 pack of this product. None of them got cold. Taking them back for refund.

    Didn't work at all

    I have used similar products successfully so I really don't think it's user error... neither pack in the box worked at all.
