    I have more energy.

    I feel much better taking vitamins. I work with young children who are very active. I would recommend if anyone needed to feel better try the vitamins, they really do work.

    Great addition

    Too much Iron is bad for you and this is the only place I can find a low dose iron supplement. I get iron in my multivitamin so I don't wantbto add too much more iron but I need extra iron and this is absolutely perfect. I can usually find them b1g1 free or b1g1 half so I can buy a lot at a time and it lasts! I've tried other iron supplements and honestly this one is the best.
