Helpful to knees
I bought two of these and they are so helpful in protecting my knees from twists and turns that cause pain. I purchased one of these braces because I started experiencing pain in the back of my right knee after walking long distances as a result of a long trip. This brace allows me to move my knee with no pain at all. I recently purchased another one and let my wife borrow it to help her climb the stairs of the New York subway system during our recent visit and it helped her immensely (we both logged 13k and 15k steps for two of the days we were there, which we would not have been able to do without these braces). She said that she wanted to get one for herself.
