I purchased these vitamins in hopes to gain some explosive performance at the gym. Unfortunately, the only thing explosive is the capsules themselves. Good supplement, good benefits
As a supplement girl, I do a lot of research. L-Arginine is really good for circulation, blood vessel health, and is purported to have benefits for both men and women with regards to libido. I take it for the cardiovascular benefits mainly, but won’t complain about the others. This supplement has a good amount in one pill. The pills are BIG. Did not have an issue with it though. I was somewhat afraid to take it the first time, I have had issues in the past with horse pills, but I had no problem. There is no taste and seem to have enough coating to ease their way down. Pills are huge
The CVS Health L-Arginine 1000mg dietary supplement is used to support blood flow and vascular function. It is recommended to take the pills three times per with meals and the pills are fairly large in size. Not sure if this is what made me sick or not.
When i initially tried these i got sick to my stomach. So I wasn't sure if I had eaten something or if it was the pills so I waited a few days and tried them again and I got sick again. Im not sure what made me sick.
