I have used this several times now to soak my feet after a long day of parenting. I am constantly on my feet; doing house chores, teaching the kids and running out to tend to the garden or chickens. These soaks are like my night version of a morning cup of coffee. Just what I need after a long day. It was easy to just add to water and reseal for next time. My only complaint was the added fragrance not being natural. That would amp this up ten fold! I may just stick with their scent free version and add a little essential oil for an extra boost. I love to take a bath with epsom salt. But I typically just use the plain stuff but this was calming lavender scent. Definitely best for that night time indulgence.
