HELP.....UPS WON'T DELIVER
This has now been on a UPS truck FOUR DAYS IN A ROW and every day I get an "exception" that an "emergency situation" or "severe weather" has prevented delivery despite the fact that we are getting daily delivery of newspapers and US mail as well as FedEx deliveries.
