Lutein meets my needs for a healthy dose.
I have been finding that sales of supplements have been increasing items with higher strengths. These are not always safe to take, I have been shopping more to find supplements with healthy doses that are affordable. Retina specialist recommended to help with macular degeneration. So far it’s been keeping condition stable, as per the dr. Easy to take and no side effects.
