Tastes very good! My husband is a picky person when it comes to anything due to his distaste in certain textures, but he WILLINGLY takes it every night. It’s been a good 30 days and he says he feels amazing. I've been taking one of these magnesium every night before bed and they have really helped improve my sleep. Idk if it worked

Tasty and seems effective!
I don’t typically like gummies that are coated with sugar but this wasn’t bad at all! They tasted great. I think it helped with my sleep, although I noticed having scary intense dreams on the nights I took these. I think these are effective and worth trying. Taste like sour patch kid, 165mg magnesium
The magnesium gummies (165mg citrate/oxide) are a delectable way to get in your recommended magnesium dose. They remind me of a citrus flavored sour patch kid! They do have 5g sugar per dose, so I wouldn’t recommend if you were diabetic.
