CVS app
The CVS app is terrible One example…(1) but there are others When a user fills the cart, and then changes stores, the cart empties. Terrible terrible user experience. I know why you do it but many a time, the user (including me) uses the cart to remember what we need to buy. Changing stores clears the cart. Dumb user experience. One more (bonus) - even if the item isn't in stock, we (users) want to put it in our cart. If the users designated store doesn't have your item in stock, you can't add it to your …cart. Again, I think I understand the user experience model but it still is a bad experience. Keep up the good work.
