I typically use Kirkland batteries. I was traveling and needed to get new batteries in a pinch. These were the cheapest in CVS and still cost 5 times more than Kirkland at Costco. Regardless, I was desperate, so I bought them. Within minutes, my hearing aids were acting strange. The first battery died within 5 minutes. The second was dying within 10 minutes. And I was getting horrible static and they were acting erratically. I assumed that my hearing aids were just at the end of their life. However, when I got home that evening, I replaced the CVS Max batteries with the Kirkland J had previously purchased. Lo and behold, all the issues immediately went away and the hearing aids are working "good as new" again.
