I used this cream in combination with witch hazel wipes to treat the pain I was experiencing while defecating. In just 24 hours I was able to defecate almost pain free, and after approximately 72 hours I was pain free. Although the pain was gone, I was still experiencing some itching, but that went away eventually. Note: (I believe this works best if you don’t defecate while you have the product on.
