No side effects. Worked well at reducing cramps and pain. The maximum strength works better than the regular strength. Packaged very nicely. Great substitute!
Great for menstrual pains and works well. Very minimal side effects and the same ingredients as midol, works the same for less the cost! The packaging is very helpful with the pills being in blister packs.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - Review collected as part of a promotionReviewed 9 months ago

A solid alternative to Advil
This works about as well as Advil, though I haven’t tried it with serious cramps, just the mild ones that I get nowadays. I used to get much worse cramping every month, not I don’t really get any. The package is very standard and I didn’t have any side effects. It worked very similarly to the advil I usually take.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - Review collected as part of a promotionjerricasalt_3860Reviewed 9 months ago
Meh
I felt like I would have been better off taking Motrin versus this. I drink enough caffeine in a day for that to not affect me. I don’t feel like it did much for cramps.Reply from CVS Customer Relations Representative9 months agoHi, we are sorry to hear about you were unhappy with CVS Health Maximum Strength Menstrual Relief Caplets. Great choice
This product is at a really good price point, and it works just as well as the other brands out there that cost more money. Definitely a must have for that time of the month.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - Review collected as part of a promotionmandilo_2132Reviewed 10 months ago
