I have the flu & tried using the powder mix stuff the day & night before last & was miserable!!! My mom had bought me the CVS Berry Cold Meds last year which still had the seal on it (I don't like the national brands taste & thought it was going to be like that). It DID NOT taste bad & it was easy to take, plus it didn't burn my stomach like the National Brand. (Yes, I do eat & drank lots of water when taking these medicines). With the CVS Brand my stomach did NOT hurt & I SLEPT SO GOOD - this stuff helps with my runny nose, I hardly coughed at all, my head stopped hurting & my fever went down. I took it during the day & have felt a lot better. I have been able to SLEEP & not been woke up from coughing from drainage. BIG BONUS my nose is NOT running ALL day long & I have not had to blow my nose a hundred times. (Box number 2 & I was starting to look like Rudolph) I will buy this in the future & I have the daytime cold meds that I will use when I go back to work in a few days. Easy warm and effective without alcohol
Had severe days-long head cold. Bought this after having mediocre results from caplets. I find it warm and pleasant going down, providng relief from aches and cough within minutes.
