This melatonin product works okay as far as helping people get to sleep, however I did not care for the taste. Didn't really help me sleep through the night completely, and the taste isn't all that great. Packaging is nice with a blue transparent bottle. Not as potent
The past two. nights, since starting to take this supposedly slow release Melatonin, I have been awaken and been unable to fall back to sleep. Helps me sleep!
There are nights that I cannot fall asleep. When I take one or even half of one it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. The flavor is good. Works great; taste is meh
I use melatonin a few times a week and I've tried different brands and different types: liquid, gummies and tablets. Tablets are my preferred type. This 10mg melatonin from CVS Health works perfectly and I've gotten great sleep. The taste was okay; it's not my favorite but it's also not terrible. Worth the money
