I've taken melatonin on and off throughout my life so I'm pretty experienced in how it should work. Sometimes brands just aren't effective for me, this is one of them. I feel absolutely no difference with this product, but can take less mg in another brand and feel it a lot. I'm not sure why this is but it just happens. Unfortunately this one doesn't work for me. It does dissolve quickly, the flavor isn't bad but it is strong and sort of stings. I don't like how they use such a big bottle when the pills are small and don't even fill a 1/4 of the container, it's just wasteful. Taste great
CVS 10mg melatonin tablets dissolve fast and taste great. They work quickly which is nice when I have trouble falling asleep or winding down after a hard day. They don’t leave me feeling groggy or tired the next day. They do the trick!
I was pleasantly surprised by the CVS Health Melatonin 10 MG Quick Dissolve Strawberry Tablets. There are 120 tablets so they should last a while! Not only did they help me fall asleep quickly but the strawberry flavor was surprisingly not terrible at all. The tablets dissolved fast and I found them to be very effective! Deeper sleep
While this product did allow me to have what feels like a deeper sleep, I am not falling asleep faster. And I am pretty groggy throughout the day. Total disclaimer though, in a horrible sleeper! Did not work for me
This product did not work for me. I tried for several nights. The taste was awful. This was a no for me. Great Sleep Aid!
These 10mg Melatonin tablets from CVS are a great sleep aid. They are non habit forming and help you fall asleep better than any other sleep aids I’ve tried. Great supplement
Melatonin is my go to almost each night but I have never used flavored quick dissolved pills. This supplement is very effective for me and helps me fall asleep quick. The packaging is very effective and I can easily spot the bottle sitting on my night stand.
