    Taste isn't great

    This melatonin product works okay as far as helping people get to sleep, however I did not care for the taste. I have used other melatonin products with less chemical taste.

    Pass

    Didn't really help me sleep through the night completely, and the taste isn't all that great. Packaging is nice with a blue transparent bottle. You do get a lot in one bottle but not for me.

    Not as potent

    The past two. nights, since starting to take this supposedly slow release Melatonin, I have been awaken and been unable to fall back to sleep. That had rarely not been a problem in the past

    Helps me sleep!

    There are nights that I cannot fall asleep. When I take one or even half of one it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. The flavor is good. I will continue to use this product for when I can’t sleep.

    Works great; taste is meh

    I use melatonin a few times a week and I've tried different brands and different types: liquid, gummies and tablets. Tablets are my preferred type. This 10mg melatonin from CVS Health works perfectly and I've gotten great sleep. The taste was okay; it's not my favorite but it's also not terrible. I would recommend this sleep aid to others who struggle to fall asleep.

    Effective

    This melatonin was really helpful for sleep. I’d say that the berry was overpowered by a menthol flavor. So, effectiveness was good but the flavor profile wasn’t the best.

    Effective

    Everyone needs help sleeping sometimes, and these 10mg dissolvable tablets do the job for me.I like that no water is required, and they give me a solid restful night when I need some help getting down to sleep and staying asleep.

    Worth the money

    These are really good. They work so good.I haven't slept like this in a really long time. They have a good flavor taste just like strawberries.they smell great. The ingredients are safe. definitely worth the money.and the package was great to.
