I continue to use this to help me sleep
I have been using this product for several years now. I like the fact that the pills are chewable and they have a good flavor to them. I know I need to take one about 1/2 hour before I plan to go to bed to work effectively for me. I plan on continuing to buy this CVS product in the future. That is really all I have to say about this product.
