    Easy to swallow

    I like that these tablets, unlike so many supplements, are thinner and not monstrously huge. Just as tiny tablets are a choking hazard, so, too, are the extremely large and thick ones. These are just right. Previously purchased 3 mg Melatonin and they were double the thickness of these. My husband was prescribed this item and he has trouble swallowing.

    Great for going to sleep

    I’d like the really low dose of melatonin, and CVS is one of the few places that carries it. CVS has a brand that I trust.
