Works
This is very effective work within a hour to two hours. I only needed one my husband took two and he felt a bit drowsy the next day but when I took one I was fine as long as I got 8 hours sleep. Works as well as any more expensive brand so worth the money. Effective!
These melatonin gummies are a high dose and help me get to sleep fast. The strawberry flavor has a pleasant taste and no bad aftertaste. The gummies are small, soft, and easy to chew. Work ok..
My 16 year old son takes these as he has a really hard time falling & staying asleep. He says that taste pretty good, are easy to chew & keep him asleep some of the times. Great taste!
This is a great way to take melatonin. The gummies taste great and are easy to chew. I definitely prefer these to the melt away melatonin. Definitely helps with drowsiness
Taste and texture are great. Reminds me of a gummy candy. I feel relaxed after taking these and they do help me fall asleep. If I don’t sleep a full 8 hours, I do wake up feeling drowsy.
