I was sent these gummies complementary to test out and review. My son has adhd and winding down can be difficult for him. On these night I gave him 2 gummies and he quickly was able to relax and get ready for bedtime. Take for good night sleep
The strawberry taste of these gummies is great! My husband has trouble sleeping and the 5mg melatonin helped him have a good night sleep. Waking up Groggy
I have a lot of sleep issues so I was happy to give these melatonin gummies a try. I like the gummy texture, they're soft, not hard or too chewy. The strawberry flavor is nice, like a fruit chew/snack. However, 5mg was just too much for me. I could fall asleep, but not stay asleep. I woke up at night feeling confused. I woke up in the morning feeling groggy and had a hard time shaking it off event with coffee. Sleep
I have always wanted to try melatonin but I was also nervous about some of the side effects. It doesn't make me sleepy or groggy, but it feels like I fall asleep naturally after roughly thirty minutes. No nightmares yet either! Effective, but bulky packaging
These melatonin gummies helped me fall asleep fast. The flavor was a bit synthetic for my pallet. Tastes good and works well!
So I was not expecting these gummies to taste as good as they do! They have a sweet berry flavor without the medicine taste that I’m used to. They were soft and easy to chew, and just one made me super tired after 20-30 minutes. I love how many you get in one container.
