Nighttime sleep aid it works.
I like the capsule form of the 10 mg melatonin made by CVS. This is the fourth time I purchased this. It helps me sleep at night. I don’t notice any side effects other than I get restful sleep. How to Sleep by an insomniac
To the point: I'm a veteran, live with "complex PTSD" So I can't sleep. no complaints. A friend recommended melatonin which I tried but only made me groggy. Having a drunk mother that liked knives needed more. So, by chance one day I tried the melatonin a second time and had gotten 'high' on cannabis. I was SO surprised: I GOT SLEEPY. CVS Melatonin
A high-quality store brand that I have purchased many times. I’ve not bought other brands so have nothing to compare it to, but the only downside that I’ve noticed it that it takes HRS before I begin to feel drowsy ~ 2 or more. But I would highly recommend it to anybody that uses this kind of product.
