    Slipped that it was melt in mouth

    I like a solid pill but I've changed to say it works faster than a pill. It's tasty and price was reasonable

    Melatonin to Sleep

    I often have trouble falling asleep. Even trivial thoughts keep me awake. When I find I'm awake at least an hour after going into bed, I take a melatonin tablet. It seems to help me fall asleep. I don't take it on a regular basis;, only when needed. sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and am unable to readily fall back to sleep. In those cases I often take a tablet. I have no idea what a recommended dose would be but I purchased this since it was the lowest dosage offered.
