Not very cushiony
These inserts really lack on cushion and adding comfort. Do not recommend. Gel heel cushions really help
I had been experiencing severe pain in my heels after playing racquetball for weeks and a friend told he had used these gel pads and they really helped. I decided to give them a try and after one session with them I noticed a significant improvement.
