One pill contains everything vitamins minerals one tablet is expected to be taken a day. Everything is over 100% except calcium and magnesium. So, looking at the formula, these seem great. Yet, considering that it’s a kind of salad of all in one, I wonder how effective this pill is going to be, because many of these elements negate, suppress or simply deactivate each other when dissolved. Great daily vitamin
CVS multivitamin are my go to. The price is great and they are just as good as name brand. My Dr suggested a vitamin and these were a great price, easy to swallow, not too big and no aftertaste. Easy to swallow multi vitamin, no after taste, no bitterness. Dosage is appropriate for 44 year old male. Container is well put together. Decent
These vitamins are not my personal favorite, but they’re not bad either. I like the size and the dosage, and they seem to be efficient, but I don’t like the taste or the frequency that I have to take it. I also am not sure how fast they absorb.
