Adults, take 1 caplet per day with a meal. For best results, daily use is important.

Some consumer may experience gastrointestinal discomfort, but it should not be persistent. Discontinue use and see your doctor if discomfort persists or if any other side effects occur. This product is not intended/recommended for children under 18 years of age and those sensitive to caffeine. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature (59 deg to 86 deg F). Do not expose to excessive heat, humidity or direct sunlight. This product contains 80mg of black cohosh per serving as compared to a multi-ingredient menopause supplement that contains 40mg of black cohosh per serving.
